These configured rates will be used when calculating interest in value using the ‘variable monthly interest’ option. |

1. Updated “Browse Intakes” to the Syncfusion Grid: Updated all Filters (but Party Name) to sit in the 3-Line Filter Menu. Bulk Actions now works the same for Intakes. Users will now see the Header expand to the full width of the page so that all the important information is laid out. Padding was also updated to be consistent across Neos. 3. Enhancements to Cases |
1. Address Line 2 now displays in the Party Preview side pane when selecting a party from the party tab of the case. 2. Value filters are now applied to subtotal calculations: Users will see that all the filters they’ve applied to their “Values List” will now apply to the subtotal calculation so they can only see the subtotal of the values they are currently viewing. If the user selects any rows in their “Values List” those will be the only things calculated on when they click on “Subtotals”. 3. The “Provider” filter has been added to the filter in the Values tab. 4.DTF values now copy the value category from its parent: When a user creates a “DTF” value item, from a transaction, the “DTF’S” value category will now be the same as the value category from the originating value item. 5. Users now have the ability to filter for more than one note topic at a time. 6. The Memo Field in Value Records that are linked to Time Records is now editable. 7. 1. Added to the invoice download modal for Word and PDF Formats the following options: Alt Case #1, Alt Case #2, Date of Incident, Docket #. Removed the Rate Column option added to the invoice download modal for both Word and PDF Formats. 2. The UTBMS Code has been added to the Task in the “Exception Rates Table” like we are able to do today in Task Dropdowns. 3. Custom Invoice Information: Allows users to include details on the invoice (such as the Tax ID) so that they no longer must manually add it to every invoice. There will be a 250 max character input for this field. |

Enhancements to Advanced Search |
1. Users can now add more than one email to the Advanced Search subscription. 2. Provider roles have now been added as a column in Advanced Search (currently you can add a Provider Role as a filter in any Contact search within AS but you are not able to add the Provider Role as a column in any of those searches). 3. Forms now support reference-type fields in both grids and Advanced Search, displaying selected options directly in columns and enabling interactive communication through clickable fields like phone numbers and email addresses. 4. Double Click Results: Users can now double click in any result in the following primary records to open that record in a new Neos tab: Case Records, Counsel, Parties, Accident Info, Case Docs, Check Requests, Police, Invoices. 5. Enhancement for Premium Texting Customers Only |
Firms now have the ability to get notified of updates to text message conversations automatically so that not all “Case Staff” are being notified for each new message. A user with “View Case Types” permission enabled: When the user opens the settings for a case type, then they will see a “Receive Notifications” checkbox for each staff assignment. The Default is set to “OFF”. Under Staff Assignments you will see the roles that are automatically going to be assigned once they select the “Receive Notifications”. You still have the control to remove are add to who is being subscribed to the notifications. “Staff” has been changed to “Subscribed to Notifications”. Given a user with the “View Case Types” permission enabled: When the user clicks the “Info” button next to “Receive Notifications” then the tool tip will show the following: Automatically subscribe this staff to receive notifications for this case type (communications, updates, etc.). Given a user with the “Modify Case Types” permission enabled: When the user changes the “Receive Notifications” option for a staff assignment, then they will be able to save it. When the Firm receives a text message that is automatically assigned to a conversation in a Case, then the “Staff in Staff roles with Receive Notifications enabled in the case will receive a notification for the new message. The “Staff” in the conversation will receive a notification for the new message also. If a staff is in both, they will receive only 1 notification for the new message. A Firm with at least one text conversation, when the user opens the conversations, they will see the “Staff” field renamed to “Subscribed to Notifications”. |

Enhancements to Your Staff Profile |
Created a Current Staff Profile Page that allows users to quickly open their Staff Profile Page to make edits. They can edit their profile now without having to go into Staff Directory. They will need to activate “My Staff Profile” under Staff Profile Permissions. This new permission: Provides the ability for users with permissions to “View Staff Directory” or “View Permission Groups” to see a new permission called “My Staff Profile” under “Special Permissions”. This will default to disabled for existing and new Staff. Provides the ability for users with permissions to “Modify Staff Directory” or “Modify Permission Groups”: When they modify their special permissions those permissions will be saved. Provides the ability for users with the “My Staff Profile” enabled to see the “Staff Profile” button in the left navigation menu (if they are not enabled, when the user logs into Neos, they will not see the “Staff Profile” button in the left navigation window). Users with the “My Staff Profile” permission enabled and the “View Staff Directory” permission enabled: When they open their “Staff Profile” (either through the left navigation button or from the Staff Directory list) their staff profile will be the same as it appears today with everything showing. Users with the “My Staff Profile” permission enabled and the “View Staff Directory” permission disabled: When they open their “Staff Profile” from the left navigation menu then their “Staff Profile” will open with the following items hidden/disabled: Hidden/Active label and info button and checkbox/Neos User label and info button and checkbox/Actions menu in header/Permissions tab/Staff Group tab/Time & Billing tab. Disabled/Staff Code Input field. Users with the “My Staff Profile” permission enabled and with the “View or Modify” Staff Directory permissions disabled: When the user makes changes to their own Staff Profile, Notification settings, or Advanced settings they will be able to save their changes. Resolution to Minor Issues |
1. Case Tab filters will no longer persist across cases. When filtering within a case tab (such as for Notes, Value, Time, Documents, and Calendar) the filters now persist for the user within the case and session. The search filters no longer persist in other cases (sorting and columns will continue to persist for a user within case tabs). 2. When opening an Intake a user will now see “Activity Feed Plat” above it. This indicates to users that this is behind the NeosAI Platinum Package. 3. Resolved issue with Multiple Document Email Subject Display: Emailing a single document from case documents populates case details in the subject. If you multiselect multiple documents however, it instead provides a document count in the subject. It also provides a document count in the subject when emailing multiple documents from several cases in browse docs. Now the subject will show case details when emailing any number of documents from case docs. 4. Resolved issue with Open Checklist creating a “Completed by” & “Date” when using Bulk Actions. |

Zoom Phone Integrator Enhancements |
After making a call, when users are writing notes, the notes field will cap out a 5k characters and it will provide the user with an error message stating that it capped out a 5k (previously it capped out a 1k characters and did not provide the user with an error message letting them know that they had hit the maximum number of characters). In addition, we have created a Zoom Intake Auto-Creation Zoom Intake Auto-Creation by setting Call Queues.. This enforces the Zoom Intake Auto-Creation setting based on any calls answered on a specific call queue instead of by a particular staff. |
